We have a Hausman mat in our outpatient clinic Hausmann 1440 Bariatric Dual Lift Powermatic Mat Platforms

When you sit on the edge of the mat it tips and several patients have lost their balance and almost fallen. Is this a flaw? Broken? I’m assuming it shouldn’t tip. Thoughts??
