Each lens is approximately 44mmx76mm, this does not account for curvature, more just an approximate (with ruler) measurement from top to bottom/ side to side.
That being said…f you are in need of a “large” replacement lenses or the “small” replacement lenses? If so, I can tell you that all S-frames ship with the large installed. The small size is available only if a customer has trouble with the large, such as the lenses being too close to their cheek bones. The large is the standard.
