I have a physician who is interest in the product, but he is concerned about the life of the LED bulb.

He is wanting to know how long the bulbs last and if they can be changed if they go out? Would we have to purchase a new otoscope head once the bulb burns out?

The average lifespan is 50,000 hours of use. It would take over 17 years, assuming 8 hours per day of continued use before you would need to replace this head. You will be okay for a long while =)
